作為傳統宏蜂窩基站的重要組成部分,由開關電源和蓄電池組成的直流供電係統性能的好壞直接關係到基站能否穩定運行。

獨立檢測控製電路在直流供電係統中的實際應用

直流繼電器選取的是樂清明亮電器廠生產的JQX-62F型大功率繼電器,控製線圈電壓-48V,可承載電流120A。具有兩組常開、常(chang)閉(bi)觸(chu)點(dian),實(shi)際(ji)應(ying)用(yong)中(zhong)隻(zhi)需(xu)要(yao)使(shi)用(yong)常(chang)閉(bi)觸(chu)點(dian),如(ru)果(guo)隻(zhi)針(zhen)對(dui)負(fu)極(ji)線(xian)路(lu)進(jin)行(xing)控(kong)製(zhi),一(yi)個(ge)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)可(ke)以(yi)同(tong)時(shi)控(kong)製(zhi)兩(liang)個(ge)基(ji)站(zhan)負(fu)載(zai),如(ru)果(guo)需(xu)要(yao)控(kong)製(zhi)的(de)負(fu)載(zai)多(duo)於(yu)兩(liang)個(ge),可(ke)增(zeng)加(jia)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)數(shu)量(liang)。
電壓表選取的是南京法派電器有限公司生產的HB404T-V型數顯智能電壓表,工作電壓-48V,帶兩路繼電器輸出,具有上下限報警功能。
根據實際應用的需要對電壓表進行參數設置,按照標簽指示給電壓表1、2號接線端子接入-48V電源。第一步進行量程設置,按“SET”鍵,按方向鍵輸入密碼“0089”,選擇輸入信號編號為“0”的選項,即為對應-48V係統所需的測量範圍;第二步進行測量偏差修正,用萬用表測量實際直流電壓值並與電壓表示數對比,記錄電壓表的測量偏差數值,按“SET”鍵,按方向鍵輸入密碼“0036”,選擇“PvL”項,根據電壓表測量偏差設置零點修正值,以保證電壓表示數與係統電壓一致;第三步進行告警門限設置,按“SET”鍵,按方向鍵輸入密碼“0001”,選擇“AH1”項,對應電壓表繼電器吸合值,需按照下電電壓所需值進行設置,例如設置為“-46V”,選擇“AL1”項,對應電壓表繼電器釋放值,需按照恢複電壓所需值進行設置,例如設置為“-52V”;至此完成了電壓表的相關參數設置。

結論
從上圖可以看出,獨立檢測控製電路接入供電係統後,當係統電壓下降到-46V以下時,電壓表內部繼電器吸合,控製電壓表19和20號端子導通,給直流繼電器控製線圈供電,控製直流繼電器常閉觸點分離,切斷設備供電;當係統電壓上升到-52V以上時,電壓表內部繼電器釋放,控製電壓表19和20號端子斷開,切斷直流繼電器控製線圈供電,控製直流繼電器常閉觸點接通,恢複設備供電。
由(you)此(ci)可(ke)以(yi)實(shi)現(xian)設(she)備(bei)的(de)下(xia)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)恢(hui)複(fu)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)按(an)需(xu)設(she)置(zhi),避(bi)免(mian)了(le)設(she)備(bei)瞬(shun)斷(duan)情(qing)況(kuang)的(de)發(fa)生(sheng)。但(dan)是(shi)要(yao)注(zhu)意(yi)獨(du)立(li)檢(jian)測(ce)控(kong)製(zhi)電(dian)路(lu)的(de)下(xia)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)要(yao)高(gao)於(yu)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)設(she)置(zhi)的(de)下(xia)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya),恢(hui)複(fu)電(dian)壓(ya)要(yao)低(di)於(yu)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)設(she)置(zhi)的(de)浮(fu)充(chong)電(dian)壓(ya)。
