探討新能源汽車用電機及其控製器電磁兼容性測試方法

1、新能源汽車動力係統兼容性測試的原因

2、動力係統電磁兼容性測試的內容
針對新能源汽車動力係統電磁兼容性測試主要指的是兩個方麵的措施:一是騷擾測試;二是抗擾測試。實現科學測試,就必須要精確把握這兩方麵測試含義,要嚴格按照國家的相關規範來進行測試。
2.1、騷擾測試

2.2、抗擾測試
抗擾測試主要指的是對機動車的電子器組件抗電磁輻射能力的測試。當前我我國抗擾測試的參考標準是GB/T17619-1998。該標準明確規定了抗擾限值和測試方法。由於驅動電機係統電磁兼容性測試環境與傳統車型兼容性測試的環境大致相同,因而采用GB/T 17619-1998來進行參考也是可行的。
3、新能源動力係統電磁兼容性測試的可行性方案

明(ming)確(que)測(ce)試(shi)對(dui)象(xiang)。我(wo)們(men)對(dui)新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)汽(qi)車(che)用(yong)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong)用(yong)電(dian)機(ji)電(dian)磁(ci)兼(jian)容(rong)性(xing)測(ce)試(shi)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)對(dui)象(xiang)就(jiu)是(shi)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)整(zheng)體(ti)。傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)測(ce)試(shi)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)把(ba)用(yong)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong)各(ge)個(ge)主(zhu)要(yao)的(de)元(yuan)件(jian)以(yi)及(ji)逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)分(fen)開(kai)來(lai),進(jin)行(xing)獨(du)立(li)測(ce)試(shi),這(zhe)種(zhong)分(fen)層(ceng)測(ce)試(shi)方(fang)法(fa)測(ce)試(shi)效(xiao)果(guo)不(bu)佳(jia),測(ce)試(shi)成(cheng)本(ben)較(jiao)高(gao)。因(yin)而(er)我(wo)們(men)要(yao)采(cai)用(yong)整(zheng)體(ti)測(ce)量(liang)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)來(lai)對(dui)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)係(xi)統(tong)進(jin)行(xing)兼(jian)容(rong)性(xing)測(ce)試(shi)。

在zai係xi統tong兼jian容rong性xing測ce試shi過guo程cheng中zhong一yi般ban需xu要yao對dui驅qu動dong電dian機ji係xi統tong進jin行xing加jia載zai。對dui驅qu動dong機ji電dian係xi統tong進jin行xing加jia載zai,可ke以yi有you效xiao提ti高gao發fa射she水shui平ping。筆bi者zhe曾zeng專zhuan門men就jiu此ci做zuo過guo實shi驗yan,筆bi者zhe會hui同tong專zhuan業ye人ren士shi製zhi作zuo了le一yi輛liang專zhuan門men用yong於yu測ce試shi的de台tai車che。在zai這zhe輛liang台tai車che中zhong主zhu要yao是shi通tong過guo底di盤pan測ce功gong機ji來lai對dui驅qu動dong電dian機ji係xi統tong進jin行xing加jia載zai。在zai采cai用yong這zhe種zhong方fang式shi加jia載zai後hou,通tong過guo觀guan察cha實shi驗yan數shu據ju,筆bi者zhe發fa現xian發fa射she水shui平ping有you了le很hen大da提ti高gao,與yu平ping均jun水shui平ping相xiang比bi多duo了le50個dB。係xi統tong加jia載zai是shi提ti升sheng驅qu動dong機ji電dian係xi統tong性xing能neng的de關guan鍵jian。在zai測ce量liang過guo程cheng中zhong要yao利li用yong條tiao件jian來lai為wei係xi統tong加jia載zai。在zai看kan到dao係xi統tong加jia載zai的de好hao處chu的de同tong時shi也ye要yao意yi識shi到dao當dang前qian我wo國guo新xin能neng源yuan汽qi車che係xi統tong加jia載zai過guo程cheng中zhong還hai有you許xu多duo限xian製zhi因yin素su。最zui為wei典dian型xing的de因yin素su有you兩liang條tiao:一是要實現係統加載需要專門設置半電波暗室,此時測試成本就會很高;二er是shi當dang前qian我wo國guo係xi統tong加jia載zai技ji術shu還hai不bu成cheng熟shu,還hai不bu能neng適shi應ying複fu雜za的de形xing勢shi。我wo們men在zai對dui驅qu動dong電dian機ji係xi統tong進jin行xing兼jian容rong性xing測ce試shi的de時shi候hou,必bi須xu要yao充chong分fen考kao慮lv以yi上shang兩liang個ge因yin素su。要yao在zai既ji定ding條tiao件jian下xia實shi現xian兼jian容rong性xing測ce試shi的de最zui優you化hua。
4、兼容性測試標準
在zai了le解jie了le新xin能neng源yuan汽qi車che用yong電dian係xi統tong測ce量liang的de可ke行xing性xing方fang案an之zhi後hou,還hai要yao精jing確que把ba握wo各ge項xiang測ce試shi標biao準zhun。掌zhang握wo這zhe些xie兼jian容rong性xing測ce試shi標biao準zhun對dui於yu科ke學xue測ce試shi具ju有you重zhong要yao意yi義yi。我wo們men對dui於yu兼jian容rong性xing測ce試shi的de參can考kao標biao準zhun的de選xuan擇ze主zhu要yao是shi從cong以yi下xia幾ji個ge方fang麵mian來lai進jin行xing考kao察cha的de:
一是從輻射發射的角度來進行考察。當前針對輻射角度的參考標準主要是GB 18655-2002和GB/T 18655-2002。zhelianggebiaozhunzhuyaoshiyongyuduixinnengyuancheneijieshouzhuangzhijinxingceliang。zheliangzhongbiaozhunshiyongfanweifeichangguang。qudongdianjixitongnenggoushiyongyuyishangliangzhongbiaozhun,namecheneigezhuangzhijiunengqudejiaohaodexingneng。lirubizhetongguoduiyikuanxinxingdexinnengyuanjiaochedequdongdianjixitongjinxinglezhuanyedecongfushefashedejiaodujinxinglekaocha,jingguokaochafaxiangaichefuheGB 18655-2002標準,但是在輻射防護的性能方麵還有待提高。
二是輻射抗擾度。針對輻射抗擾度的測量,我們主要是采用GB/T 17619-1998標(biao)準(zhun)來(lai)進(jin)行(xing)測(ce)試(shi)。我(wo)們(men)之(zhi)所(suo)以(yi)要(yao)采(cai)用(yong)這(zhe)種(zhong)標(biao)準(zhun)來(lai)進(jin)行(xing)測(ce)試(shi)主(zhu)要(yao)原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi)該(gai)測(ce)量(liang)標(biao)準(zhun)已(yi)經(jing)明(ming)確(que)規(gui)定(ding)了(le)抗(kang)擾(rao)限(xian)值(zhi)和(he)測(ce)量(liang)方(fang)法(fa)。對(dui)於(yu)測(ce)量(liang)頻(pin)率(lv)範(fan)圍(wei)也(ye)有(you)明(ming)確(que)規(gui)定(ding)。該(gai)標(biao)準(zhun)不(bu)是(shi)專(zhuan)門(men)用(yong)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)動(dong)力(li)係(xi)統(tong)用(yong)電(dian)機(ji)電(dian)磁(ci)兼(jian)容(rong)性(xing)的(de),但(dan)是(shi)由(you)於(yu)電(dian)磁(ci)輻(fu)射(she)環(huan)境(jing)與(yu)該(gai)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)輻(fu)射(she)環(huan)境(jing)相(xiang)差(cha)不(bu)大(da),因(yin)而(er)我(wo)們(men)采(cai)取(qu)此(ci)種(zhong)標(biao)準(zhun)進(jin)行(xing)測(ce)試(shi)。
三是傳導抗擾度。針對傳導抗擾度的測試主要是依據ISO7637-3-2007和ISO7637-2-2004D等標準來進行測試。這些標準明確規定了車輛24V電源線瞬態傳導抗擾的測試方法。按照此項標準的規定,傳導抗擾度有八種脈衝形式,這八種脈衝形式分別為1、2a、3a、3b、2b、4、5a、5b,其中前四種形式可以用來進行兼容性測試。
