1 雷電對控製係統產生危害的原因
雷擊對計算機控製係統造成危害的主要原因有:
(1)dianyuanjiedicunzaiyidingdequexian,jifangdedixianheqisuokongzhidefanweiweichuyutongyidi,erzhejianxingchengdianweicha,ruguoshoudaoleijigaiquexianbiaoxiangengweimingxian,congerweihaidaojisuanjixitong。
(2)電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)及(ji)網(wang)絡(luo)線(xian)的(de)布(bu)設(she)不(bu)合(he)理(li),原(yuan)本(ben)需(xu)要(yao)設(she)置(zhi)屏(ping)蔽(bi)接(jie)地(di)卻(que)未(wei)設(she)置(zhi),如(ru)果(guo)發(fa)生(sheng)雷(lei)擊(ji),則(ze)網(wang)線(xian)及(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)都(dou)很(hen)容(rong)易(yi)受(shou)到(dao)感(gan)應(ying)雷(lei)電(dian)的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong),使(shi)其(qi)沿(yan)著(zhe)網(wang)絡(luo)線(xian)路(lu)及(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)傳(chuan)導(dao)至(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)設(she)備(bei)中(zhong),損(sun)壞(huai)設(she)備(bei)。
(3)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)本(ben)身(shen)抗(kang)幹(gan)擾(rao)能(neng)力(li)相(xiang)對(dui)較(jiao)差(cha),由(you)於(yu)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)本(ben)身(shen)屬(shu)於(yu)弱(ruo)電(dian)設(she)備(bei),如(ru)果(guo)雷(lei)電(dian)擊(ji)中(zhong)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)頂(ding)部(bu),其(qi)避(bi)雷(lei)帶(dai)雷(lei)電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)流(liu)經(jing)房(fang)屋(wu)結(jie)構(gou)柱(zhu)的(de)柱(zhu)筋(jin)並(bing)泄(xie)放(fang)入(ru)地(di)時(shi),引(yin)下(xia)線(xian)附(fu)近(jin)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)相(xiang)對(dui)較(jiao)強(qiang)的(de)交(jiao)變(bian)磁(ci)場(chang),受(shou)其(qi)影(ying)響(xiang),控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)電(dian)路(lu)會(hui)受(shou)到(dao)感(gan)應(ying),所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)就(jiu)會(hui)擊(ji)穿(chuan)集(ji)成(cheng)電(dian)路(lu)及(ji)電(dian)子(zi)元(yuan)件(jian)。此(ci)外(wai),在(zai)雷(lei)雨(yu)天(tian)氣(qi)環(huan)境(jing)中(zhong),雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)還(hai)有(you)可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)沿(yan)著(zhe)潮(chao)濕(shi)的(de)線(xian)路(lu)傳(chuan)導(dao)至(zhi)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong),對(dui)其(qi)造(zao)成(cheng)破(po)壞(huai)。
2 雷電波入侵控製係統的途徑分析
(1)直擊雷。所(suo)謂(wei)直(zhi)擊(ji)雷(lei)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)中(zhong)的(de)露(lu)天(tian)設(she)備(bei)直(zhi)接(jie)遭(zao)受(shou)雷(lei)電(dian)的(de)電(dian)擊(ji),造(zao)成(cheng)損(sun)壞(huai)或(huo)者(zhe)雷(lei)電(dian)直(zhi)接(jie)擊(ji)中(zhong)了(le)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)纜(lan),使(shi)得(de)線(xian)纜(lan)熔(rong)斷(duan)最(zui)終(zhong)導(dao)致(zhi)設(she)備(bei)損(sun)壞(huai),這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang)被(bei)稱(cheng)為(wei)直(zhi)擊(ji)雷(lei);落雷點在電源的高壓側,雷電會沿著供電線路直接侵入到計算機控製係統的供電電路中,從而產生過電流和過電壓,損壞供電係統的UPS電dian源yuan,造zao成cheng斷duan電dian,使shi整zheng個ge控kong製zhi係xi統tong處chu於yu癱tan瘓huan狀zhuang態tai。雷lei擊ji電dian流liu在zai流liu經jing通tong信xin有you線xian線xian路lu的de過guo程cheng中zhong,會hui產chan生sheng巨ju大da的de機ji械xie能neng,以yi及ji強qiang大da的de衝chong擊ji波bo和he高gao溫wen,損sun壞huai通tong信xin線xian路lu;而過電流及過電壓又經過通信電流的有線線路侵入至控製係統的內部,損壞設備的中斷器、電流轉換器等。
(2)雷電感應。jingdianganyingjidianciganyingchengweiganyinglei,yebeichengweiercilei,jinguanqipohuaixingxiangduizhijileilaishuobijiaoxiao,danshiqifashengdejilvyaoyuanyuanchaoguozhijilei。tongchangganyingguodianyakeyifenweiyixialiangzhongqingkuang。
1)回(hui)路(lu)感(gan)應(ying)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)。因(yin)為(wei)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)所(suo)在(zai)的(de)房(fang)屋(wu)內(nei)有(you)大(da)量(liang)的(de)各(ge)種(zhong)類(lei)型(xing)的(de)線(xian)路(lu),這(zhe)些(xie)線(xian)路(lu)及(ji)網(wang)絡(luo)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)布(bu)局(ju)較(jiao)複(fu)雜(za),建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)內(nei)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)空(kong)間(jian)位(wei)置(zhi)都(dou)會(hui)構(gou)成(cheng)許(xu)多(duo)回(hui)路(lu)。如(ru)果(guo)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)受(shou)到(dao)雷(lei)擊(ji),或(huo)者(zhe)鄰(lin)近(jin)的(de)地(di)區(qu)出(chu)現(xian)雷(lei)電(dian)放(fang)電(dian),就(jiu)會(hui)在(zai)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)的(de)內(nei)部(bu)空(kong)間(jian)形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)脈(mai)衝(chong)暫(zan)態(tai)磁(ci)場(chang),該(gai)磁(ci)場(chang)進(jin)行(xing)陝(shan)速(su)變(bian)化(hua),其(qi)與(yu)這(zhe)些(xie)回(hui)路(lu)交(jiao)鏈(lian)後(hou)就(jiu)會(hui)在(zai)回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)感(gan)應(ying)暫(zan)態(tai)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya),與(yu)這(zhe)些(xie)回(hui)路(lu)連(lian)接(jie)的(de)相(xiang)關(guan)控(kong)製(zhi)設(she)備(bei)就(jiu)會(hui)受(shou)到(dao)損(sun)壞(huai)。在(zai)網(wang)絡(luo)通(tong)信(xin)線(xian)路(lu)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),感(gan)應(ying)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)又(you)分(fen)為(wei)靜(jing)電(dian)感(gan)應(ying)和(he)電(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應(ying)兩(liang)種(zhong),其(qi)中(zhong)靜(jing)電(dian)感(gan)應(ying)指(zhi)的(de)是(shi)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)路(lu)與(yu)雷(lei)擊(ji)點(dian)相(xiang)近(jin),雷(lei)雲(yun)團(tuan)先(xian)導(dao)通(tong)道(dao)內(nei)充(chong)滿(man)了(le)電(dian)荷(he),架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)會(hui)受(shou)其(qi)所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)靜(jing)電(dian)感(gan)應(ying)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),積(ji)累(lei)大(da)量(liang)反(fan)向(xiang)電(dian)荷(he),一(yi)旦(dan)雷(lei)雲(yun)團(tuan)開(kai)始(shi)放(fang)電(dian),雷(lei)雲(yun)團(tuan)中(zhong)的(de)電(dian)荷(he)會(hui)與(yu)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)的(de)電(dian)荷(he)快(kuai)速(su)中(zhong)和(he),使(shi)得(de)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)中(zhong)被(bei)束(shu)縛(fu)的(de)電(dian)荷(he)迅(xun)速(su)釋(shi)放(fang),從(cong)而(er)形(xing)成(cheng)暫(zan)態(tai)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)波(bo)。這(zhe)種(zhong)暫(zan)態(tai)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)波(bo)以(yi)接(jie)近(jin)光(guang)速(su)的(de)速(su)度(du)傳(chuan)導(dao)至(zhi)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)的(de)兩(liang)側(ce),架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)路(lu)兩(liang)端(duan)所(suo)連(lian)接(jie)的(de)設(she)備(bei)受(shou)到(dao)入(ru)侵(qin)後(hou)被(bei)損(sun)壞(huai)。
如ru果guo雷lei電dian直zhi擊ji在zai避bi雷lei針zhen或huo避bi雷lei帶dai時shi,雷lei電dian流liu的de幅fu值zhi相xiang對dui較jiao大da,具ju有you較jiao高gao的de波bo頭tou陡dou度du,因yin此ci在zai雷lei電dian流liu通tong道dao附fu近jin就jiu會hui產chan生sheng一yi個ge較jiao強qiang的de瞬shun變bian磁ci場chang,該gai磁ci場chang的de作zuo用yong較jiao強qiang大da,其qi直zhi接jie作zuo用yong在zai網wang絡luo通tong信xin線xian路lu或huo者zhe電dian源yuan線xian中zhong可ke以yi感gan應ying出chu過guo電dian壓ya,侵qin入ru計ji算suan機ji控kong製zhi係xi統tong中zhong,設she備bei就jiu會hui受shou到dao損sun壞huai。如ru果guo雷lei電dian放fang電dian的de電dian流liu強qiang度du達da到dao一yi定ding程cheng度du,例li如ru30 kA的雷電流,那麼其可以影響到雷擊點1 km半徑範圍內的網絡係統,嚴重時可能導致係統設備損壞。
2)耦合及轉移過電壓。雷擊所引起的暫態高壓或者過電壓通常經過網絡線路的耦合或者轉移到計算機控製網絡設備中,損壞設備。
(3)雷南地電位抬高。雷電波侵入,如果計算機控製係統的電源線、進(jin)入(ru)控(kong)製(zhi)室(shi)的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)管(guan)線(xian)以(yi)及(ji)信(xin)號(hao)傳(chuan)輸(shu)線(xian)受(shou)到(dao)雷(lei)電(dian)感(gan)應(ying)或(huo)者(zhe)遭(zao)雷(lei)擊(ji)時(shi),雷(lei)電(dian)所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)就(jiu)會(hui)經(jing)過(guo)這(zhe)些(xie)金(jin)屬(shu)導(dao)體(ti)直(zhi)接(jie)侵(qin)入(ru)設(she)備(bei),產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)位(wei)差(cha)而(er)損(sun)壞(huai)設(she)備(bei),這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang)就(jiu)稱(cheng)其(qi)為(wei)雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)侵(qin)入(ru)。如(ru)果(guo)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)距(ju)離(li)不(bu)夠(gou),並(bing)且(qie)設(she)備(bei)和(he)避(bi)雷(lei)係(xi)統(tong)不(bu)共(gong)地(di),二(er)者(zhe)間(jian)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)極(ji)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),並(bing)且(qie)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)放(fang)電(dian)擊(ji)穿(chuan)事(shi)故(gu),雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)侵(qin)入(ru)會(hui)間(jian)接(jie)導(dao)致(zhi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)損(sun)壞(huai),甚(shen)至(zhi)危(wei)及(ji)到(dao)人(ren)身(shen)安(an)全(quan)。

(4)控製係統設備、網絡設備的抗幹擾能力分析。

實際情況中,雷擊對計算機控製係統的侵入和破壞往往是幾種方式的混合作用,比如從一處地電位升高經過水平接地引線向另一處傳遞;或者雷擊在大地時,雷電流經過地下的金屬管道向建築物內傳導;架空線受到感應後再向著建築物內傳導,從而傳遞至敏感設備造成設備損壞等。其具體的雷擊損壞計算機控製係統的途徑,如圖1所示。
一yi個ge完wan善shan的de係xi統tong防fang雷lei方fang案an必bi須xu包bao括kuo內nei部bu與yu外wai部bu防fang雷lei兩liang個ge方fang麵mian,其qi中zhong外wai部bu防fang雷lei措cuo施shi包bao括kuo避bi雷lei針zhen和he避bi雷lei帶dai以yi及ji接jie地di極ji與yu引yin下xia線xian等deng,其qi主zhu要yao作zuo用yong是shi確que保bao房fang屋wu本ben體ti不bu受shou直zhi擊ji雷lei的de襲xi擊ji,把ba可ke能neng擊ji中zhong建jian築zhu的de雷lei電dian利li用yong這zhe些xie防fang雷lei措cuo施shi泄xie放fang入ru大da地di中zhong;而內部防雷的作用則是保護建築內部人員及設備的安全,內部防雷是將一個適用的避雷器安裝在受保護設備的前端,使得大地、線(xian)路(lu)以(yi)及(ji)受(shou)保(bao)護(hu)設(she)備(bei)三(san)者(zhe)形(xing)成(cheng)有(you)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)等(deng)電(dian)位(wei)體(ti),從(cong)而(er)把(ba)可(ke)能(neng)入(ru)侵(qin)的(de)雷(lei)電(dian)流(liu)攔(lan)截(jie)在(zai)外(wai),把(ba)受(shou)到(dao)雷(lei)擊(ji)後(hou)內(nei)部(bu)設(she)施(shi)感(gan)應(ying)的(de)雷(lei)電(dian)流(liu)安(an)全(quan)泄(xie)入(ru)大(da)地(di)。
4 雷擊防護措施
(1)防雷區的劃分。係統防雷中一個重要的概念即為防雷區的劃分,圖2為某公司防雷區劃分示意圖。
(2)防傳導侵入。雷lei電dian通tong過guo傳chuan導dao經jing過guo電dian阻zu性xing耦ou合he最zui終zhong侵qin入ru計ji算suan機ji控kong製zhi係xi統tong的de主zhu要yao途tu徑jing有you兩liang種zhong,即ji電dian源yuan係xi統tong以yi及ji信xin號hao傳chuan輸shu通tong道dao,因yin此ci要yao針zhen對dui這zhe兩liang部bu分fen采cai取qu相xiang應ying的de防fang護hu措cuo施shi。
1)電源係統的防護。針對低壓電源係統所采取的防雷措施通常采用三級防護方案,即將電流逐層分流、降低殘留電壓以及對控製係統的用電設備加以保護。一般電源浪湧防護器主要有金屬氧化物避雷器、氣體放電間隙避雷器以及組合避雷器等。
2)信號係統的防護。引入或者引出機房的信號電纜需(xu)要(yao)穿(chuan)過(guo)金(jin)屬(shu)鋼(gang)管(guan),並(bing)保(bao)證(zheng)金(jin)屬(shu)鋼(gang)管(guan)接(jie)地(di)良(liang)好(hao),對(dui)信(xin)號(hao)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)線(xian)路(lu)可(ke)起(qi)到(dao)屏(ping)蔽(bi)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),以(yi)減(jian)少(shao)或(huo)者(zhe)防(fang)止(zhi)直(zhi)接(jie)雷(lei)擊(ji)以(yi)及(ji)感(gan)應(ying)雷(lei)擊(ji)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong)。還(hai)可(ke)把(ba)線(xian)路(lu)進(jin)行(xing)埋(mai)地(di)敷(fu)設(she),同(tong)樣(yang)可(ke)進(jin)行(xing)防(fang)雷(lei)擊(ji)保(bao)護(hu)。此(ci)外(wai),在(zai)各(ge)種(zhong)信(xin)號(hao)線(xian)及(ji)網(wang)絡(luo)數(shu)據(ju)線(xian)進(jin)出(chu)機(ji)房(fang)時(shi),可(ke)以(yi)在(zai)設(she)備(bei)端(duan)安(an)裝(zhuang)SPD,按照實際的麵線長度,在信號線及數據線的一頭或兩頭安裝SPD。總之針對控製係統輸入及輸出信號采取相應的防護措施是必要的。
(3)電源及信號避雷器的安裝。在電源及信號係統中可以采取以下避雷措施:在UPSdianyuandeqianduanshezhidanxiangchuanliandianyuanlangyongbaohuqi,zaizhongjiqitongxinxianluhejisuanjizhujijian,shezhishujuxinhaodianyongbaohuqi,zaidianliuxinhaozhuanhuanqidexinhaoshuruduananzhuangxinhaodianyongbaohuqi。bazhongjiqihezhujidetongxinxianluhuanweiguangxian,bingjiangqigudinggangsuojinxingkekaojiedi。erjiankongshiyuqitashoukongdanweijiandetongxinwangluoxian,jinliangfushejinshudianlan。
(4)等電位保護。電子設備的機櫃機架、金屬外殼、金屬管槽、屏蔽線纜外層、信息設備的防靜電接地端、安全保護接地端、浪湧保護接地端等,在同等電位連接網絡的接地端子相連接時,均需采用最短的距離。控製係統的等電位連接,通常分為“S型星型結構”以及“M型網狀結構兩種”,其中在控製係統中設備較少或者進行局部控製時通常采用S型星型結構,而在相對較大的控製係統中則采用M型的網狀結構。等電位連接的基本方式如圖3所示。

(3)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)本(ben)身(shen)抗(kang)幹(gan)擾(rao)能(neng)力(li)相(xiang)對(dui)較(jiao)差(cha),由(you)於(yu)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)本(ben)身(shen)屬(shu)於(yu)弱(ruo)電(dian)設(she)備(bei),如(ru)果(guo)雷(lei)電(dian)擊(ji)中(zhong)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)頂(ding)部(bu),其(qi)避(bi)雷(lei)帶(dai)雷(lei)電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)流(liu)經(jing)房(fang)屋(wu)結(jie)構(gou)柱(zhu)的(de)柱(zhu)筋(jin)並(bing)泄(xie)放(fang)入(ru)地(di)時(shi),引(yin)下(xia)線(xian)附(fu)近(jin)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)相(xiang)對(dui)較(jiao)強(qiang)的(de)交(jiao)變(bian)磁(ci)場(chang),受(shou)其(qi)影(ying)響(xiang),控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)電(dian)路(lu)會(hui)受(shou)到(dao)感(gan)應(ying),所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)就(jiu)會(hui)擊(ji)穿(chuan)集(ji)成(cheng)電(dian)路(lu)及(ji)電(dian)子(zi)元(yuan)件(jian)。此(ci)外(wai),在(zai)雷(lei)雨(yu)天(tian)氣(qi)環(huan)境(jing)中(zhong),雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)還(hai)有(you)可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)沿(yan)著(zhe)潮(chao)濕(shi)的(de)線(xian)路(lu)傳(chuan)導(dao)至(zhi)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong),對(dui)其(qi)造(zao)成(cheng)破(po)壞(huai)。
2 雷電波入侵控製係統的途徑分析
(1)直擊雷。所(suo)謂(wei)直(zhi)擊(ji)雷(lei)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)中(zhong)的(de)露(lu)天(tian)設(she)備(bei)直(zhi)接(jie)遭(zao)受(shou)雷(lei)電(dian)的(de)電(dian)擊(ji),造(zao)成(cheng)損(sun)壞(huai)或(huo)者(zhe)雷(lei)電(dian)直(zhi)接(jie)擊(ji)中(zhong)了(le)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)纜(lan),使(shi)得(de)線(xian)纜(lan)熔(rong)斷(duan)最(zui)終(zhong)導(dao)致(zhi)設(she)備(bei)損(sun)壞(huai),這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang)被(bei)稱(cheng)為(wei)直(zhi)擊(ji)雷(lei);落雷點在電源的高壓側,雷電會沿著供電線路直接侵入到計算機控製係統的供電電路中,從而產生過電流和過電壓,損壞供電係統的UPS電dian源yuan,造zao成cheng斷duan電dian,使shi整zheng個ge控kong製zhi係xi統tong處chu於yu癱tan瘓huan狀zhuang態tai。雷lei擊ji電dian流liu在zai流liu經jing通tong信xin有you線xian線xian路lu的de過guo程cheng中zhong,會hui產chan生sheng巨ju大da的de機ji械xie能neng,以yi及ji強qiang大da的de衝chong擊ji波bo和he高gao溫wen,損sun壞huai通tong信xin線xian路lu;而過電流及過電壓又經過通信電流的有線線路侵入至控製係統的內部,損壞設備的中斷器、電流轉換器等。
(2)雷電感應。jingdianganyingjidianciganyingchengweiganyinglei,yebeichengweiercilei,jinguanqipohuaixingxiangduizhijileilaishuobijiaoxiao,danshiqifashengdejilvyaoyuanyuanchaoguozhijilei。tongchangganyingguodianyakeyifenweiyixialiangzhongqingkuang。
1)回(hui)路(lu)感(gan)應(ying)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)。因(yin)為(wei)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)所(suo)在(zai)的(de)房(fang)屋(wu)內(nei)有(you)大(da)量(liang)的(de)各(ge)種(zhong)類(lei)型(xing)的(de)線(xian)路(lu),這(zhe)些(xie)線(xian)路(lu)及(ji)網(wang)絡(luo)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)布(bu)局(ju)較(jiao)複(fu)雜(za),建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)內(nei)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)空(kong)間(jian)位(wei)置(zhi)都(dou)會(hui)構(gou)成(cheng)許(xu)多(duo)回(hui)路(lu)。如(ru)果(guo)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)受(shou)到(dao)雷(lei)擊(ji),或(huo)者(zhe)鄰(lin)近(jin)的(de)地(di)區(qu)出(chu)現(xian)雷(lei)電(dian)放(fang)電(dian),就(jiu)會(hui)在(zai)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)的(de)內(nei)部(bu)空(kong)間(jian)形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)脈(mai)衝(chong)暫(zan)態(tai)磁(ci)場(chang),該(gai)磁(ci)場(chang)進(jin)行(xing)陝(shan)速(su)變(bian)化(hua),其(qi)與(yu)這(zhe)些(xie)回(hui)路(lu)交(jiao)鏈(lian)後(hou)就(jiu)會(hui)在(zai)回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)感(gan)應(ying)暫(zan)態(tai)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya),與(yu)這(zhe)些(xie)回(hui)路(lu)連(lian)接(jie)的(de)相(xiang)關(guan)控(kong)製(zhi)設(she)備(bei)就(jiu)會(hui)受(shou)到(dao)損(sun)壞(huai)。在(zai)網(wang)絡(luo)通(tong)信(xin)線(xian)路(lu)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),感(gan)應(ying)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)又(you)分(fen)為(wei)靜(jing)電(dian)感(gan)應(ying)和(he)電(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應(ying)兩(liang)種(zhong),其(qi)中(zhong)靜(jing)電(dian)感(gan)應(ying)指(zhi)的(de)是(shi)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)路(lu)與(yu)雷(lei)擊(ji)點(dian)相(xiang)近(jin),雷(lei)雲(yun)團(tuan)先(xian)導(dao)通(tong)道(dao)內(nei)充(chong)滿(man)了(le)電(dian)荷(he),架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)會(hui)受(shou)其(qi)所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)靜(jing)電(dian)感(gan)應(ying)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),積(ji)累(lei)大(da)量(liang)反(fan)向(xiang)電(dian)荷(he),一(yi)旦(dan)雷(lei)雲(yun)團(tuan)開(kai)始(shi)放(fang)電(dian),雷(lei)雲(yun)團(tuan)中(zhong)的(de)電(dian)荷(he)會(hui)與(yu)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)的(de)電(dian)荷(he)快(kuai)速(su)中(zhong)和(he),使(shi)得(de)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)中(zhong)被(bei)束(shu)縛(fu)的(de)電(dian)荷(he)迅(xun)速(su)釋(shi)放(fang),從(cong)而(er)形(xing)成(cheng)暫(zan)態(tai)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)波(bo)。這(zhe)種(zhong)暫(zan)態(tai)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)波(bo)以(yi)接(jie)近(jin)光(guang)速(su)的(de)速(su)度(du)傳(chuan)導(dao)至(zhi)架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)的(de)兩(liang)側(ce),架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)路(lu)兩(liang)端(duan)所(suo)連(lian)接(jie)的(de)設(she)備(bei)受(shou)到(dao)入(ru)侵(qin)後(hou)被(bei)損(sun)壞(huai)。
如ru果guo雷lei電dian直zhi擊ji在zai避bi雷lei針zhen或huo避bi雷lei帶dai時shi,雷lei電dian流liu的de幅fu值zhi相xiang對dui較jiao大da,具ju有you較jiao高gao的de波bo頭tou陡dou度du,因yin此ci在zai雷lei電dian流liu通tong道dao附fu近jin就jiu會hui產chan生sheng一yi個ge較jiao強qiang的de瞬shun變bian磁ci場chang,該gai磁ci場chang的de作zuo用yong較jiao強qiang大da,其qi直zhi接jie作zuo用yong在zai網wang絡luo通tong信xin線xian路lu或huo者zhe電dian源yuan線xian中zhong可ke以yi感gan應ying出chu過guo電dian壓ya,侵qin入ru計ji算suan機ji控kong製zhi係xi統tong中zhong,設she備bei就jiu會hui受shou到dao損sun壞huai。如ru果guo雷lei電dian放fang電dian的de電dian流liu強qiang度du達da到dao一yi定ding程cheng度du,例li如ru30 kA的雷電流,那麼其可以影響到雷擊點1 km半徑範圍內的網絡係統,嚴重時可能導致係統設備損壞。
2)耦合及轉移過電壓。雷擊所引起的暫態高壓或者過電壓通常經過網絡線路的耦合或者轉移到計算機控製網絡設備中,損壞設備。
(3)雷南地電位抬高。雷電波侵入,如果計算機控製係統的電源線、進(jin)入(ru)控(kong)製(zhi)室(shi)的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)管(guan)線(xian)以(yi)及(ji)信(xin)號(hao)傳(chuan)輸(shu)線(xian)受(shou)到(dao)雷(lei)電(dian)感(gan)應(ying)或(huo)者(zhe)遭(zao)雷(lei)擊(ji)時(shi),雷(lei)電(dian)所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)就(jiu)會(hui)經(jing)過(guo)這(zhe)些(xie)金(jin)屬(shu)導(dao)體(ti)直(zhi)接(jie)侵(qin)入(ru)設(she)備(bei),產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)位(wei)差(cha)而(er)損(sun)壞(huai)設(she)備(bei),這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang)就(jiu)稱(cheng)其(qi)為(wei)雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)侵(qin)入(ru)。如(ru)果(guo)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)距(ju)離(li)不(bu)夠(gou),並(bing)且(qie)設(she)備(bei)和(he)避(bi)雷(lei)係(xi)統(tong)不(bu)共(gong)地(di),二(er)者(zhe)間(jian)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)極(ji)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),並(bing)且(qie)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)放(fang)電(dian)擊(ji)穿(chuan)事(shi)故(gu),雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)侵(qin)入(ru)會(hui)間(jian)接(jie)導(dao)致(zhi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)損(sun)壞(huai),甚(shen)至(zhi)危(wei)及(ji)到(dao)人(ren)身(shen)安(an)全(quan)。

(4)控製係統設備、網絡設備的抗幹擾能力分析。
由you於yu計ji算suan機ji控kong製zhi係xi統tong及ji相xiang關guan網wang絡luo設she備bei由you大da量liang大da規gui模mo集ji成cheng電dian路lu所suo組zu成cheng,因yin此ci抗kang幹gan擾rao能neng力li相xiang對dui較jiao差cha,盡jin管guan在zai進jin行xing係xi統tong設she計ji時shi已yi經jing采cai取qu了le很hen多duo相xiang應ying的de抗kang幹gan擾rao措cuo施shi,但dan是shi其qi隻zhi是shi對dui低di能neng量liang的de幹gan擾rao比bi較jiao有you效xiao,對dui於yu電dian磁ci脈mai衝chong以yi及ji雷lei電dian侵qin襲xi而er導dao致zhi的de過guo電dian壓ya及ji過guo電dian流liu,其qi抵di抗kang能neng力li則ze薄bo弱ruo,特te別bie是shi雷lei電dian磁ci脈mai衝chong及ji浪lang湧yong等deng尤you其qi敏min感gan,十shi幾ji伏fu的de電dian壓ya就jiu有you可ke能neng經jing過guo數shu據ju傳chuan輸shu線xian路lu以yi及ji電dian源yuan線xian路lu侵qin入ru到dao設she備bei內nei部bu,損sun壞huai計ji算suan機ji的de主zhu板ban、多功能卡、相關的網絡設備以及通信電流的中繼等。
實際情況中,雷擊對計算機控製係統的侵入和破壞往往是幾種方式的混合作用,比如從一處地電位升高經過水平接地引線向另一處傳遞;或者雷擊在大地時,雷電流經過地下的金屬管道向建築物內傳導;架空線受到感應後再向著建築物內傳導,從而傳遞至敏感設備造成設備損壞等。其具體的雷擊損壞計算機控製係統的途徑,如圖1所示。

一yi個ge完wan善shan的de係xi統tong防fang雷lei方fang案an必bi須xu包bao括kuo內nei部bu與yu外wai部bu防fang雷lei兩liang個ge方fang麵mian,其qi中zhong外wai部bu防fang雷lei措cuo施shi包bao括kuo避bi雷lei針zhen和he避bi雷lei帶dai以yi及ji接jie地di極ji與yu引yin下xia線xian等deng,其qi主zhu要yao作zuo用yong是shi確que保bao房fang屋wu本ben體ti不bu受shou直zhi擊ji雷lei的de襲xi擊ji,把ba可ke能neng擊ji中zhong建jian築zhu的de雷lei電dian利li用yong這zhe些xie防fang雷lei措cuo施shi泄xie放fang入ru大da地di中zhong;而內部防雷的作用則是保護建築內部人員及設備的安全,內部防雷是將一個適用的避雷器安裝在受保護設備的前端,使得大地、線(xian)路(lu)以(yi)及(ji)受(shou)保(bao)護(hu)設(she)備(bei)三(san)者(zhe)形(xing)成(cheng)有(you)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)等(deng)電(dian)位(wei)體(ti),從(cong)而(er)把(ba)可(ke)能(neng)入(ru)侵(qin)的(de)雷(lei)電(dian)流(liu)攔(lan)截(jie)在(zai)外(wai),把(ba)受(shou)到(dao)雷(lei)擊(ji)後(hou)內(nei)部(bu)設(she)施(shi)感(gan)應(ying)的(de)雷(lei)電(dian)流(liu)安(an)全(quan)泄(xie)入(ru)大(da)地(di)。
4 雷擊防護措施
(1)防雷區的劃分。係統防雷中一個重要的概念即為防雷區的劃分,圖2為某公司防雷區劃分示意圖。

(2)防傳導侵入。雷lei電dian通tong過guo傳chuan導dao經jing過guo電dian阻zu性xing耦ou合he最zui終zhong侵qin入ru計ji算suan機ji控kong製zhi係xi統tong的de主zhu要yao途tu徑jing有you兩liang種zhong,即ji電dian源yuan係xi統tong以yi及ji信xin號hao傳chuan輸shu通tong道dao,因yin此ci要yao針zhen對dui這zhe兩liang部bu分fen采cai取qu相xiang應ying的de防fang護hu措cuo施shi。
1)電源係統的防護。針對低壓電源係統所采取的防雷措施通常采用三級防護方案,即將電流逐層分流、降低殘留電壓以及對控製係統的用電設備加以保護。一般電源浪湧防護器主要有金屬氧化物避雷器、氣體放電間隙避雷器以及組合避雷器等。
2)信號係統的防護。引入或者引出機房的信號電纜需(xu)要(yao)穿(chuan)過(guo)金(jin)屬(shu)鋼(gang)管(guan),並(bing)保(bao)證(zheng)金(jin)屬(shu)鋼(gang)管(guan)接(jie)地(di)良(liang)好(hao),對(dui)信(xin)號(hao)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)線(xian)路(lu)可(ke)起(qi)到(dao)屏(ping)蔽(bi)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),以(yi)減(jian)少(shao)或(huo)者(zhe)防(fang)止(zhi)直(zhi)接(jie)雷(lei)擊(ji)以(yi)及(ji)感(gan)應(ying)雷(lei)擊(ji)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong)。還(hai)可(ke)把(ba)線(xian)路(lu)進(jin)行(xing)埋(mai)地(di)敷(fu)設(she),同(tong)樣(yang)可(ke)進(jin)行(xing)防(fang)雷(lei)擊(ji)保(bao)護(hu)。此(ci)外(wai),在(zai)各(ge)種(zhong)信(xin)號(hao)線(xian)及(ji)網(wang)絡(luo)數(shu)據(ju)線(xian)進(jin)出(chu)機(ji)房(fang)時(shi),可(ke)以(yi)在(zai)設(she)備(bei)端(duan)安(an)裝(zhuang)SPD,按照實際的麵線長度,在信號線及數據線的一頭或兩頭安裝SPD。總之針對控製係統輸入及輸出信號采取相應的防護措施是必要的。
(3)電源及信號避雷器的安裝。在電源及信號係統中可以采取以下避雷措施:在UPSdianyuandeqianduanshezhidanxiangchuanliandianyuanlangyongbaohuqi,zaizhongjiqitongxinxianluhejisuanjizhujijian,shezhishujuxinhaodianyongbaohuqi,zaidianliuxinhaozhuanhuanqidexinhaoshuruduananzhuangxinhaodianyongbaohuqi。bazhongjiqihezhujidetongxinxianluhuanweiguangxian,bingjiangqigudinggangsuojinxingkekaojiedi。erjiankongshiyuqitashoukongdanweijiandetongxinwangluoxian,jinliangfushejinshudianlan。
(4)等電位保護。電子設備的機櫃機架、金屬外殼、金屬管槽、屏蔽線纜外層、信息設備的防靜電接地端、安全保護接地端、浪湧保護接地端等,在同等電位連接網絡的接地端子相連接時,均需采用最短的距離。控製係統的等電位連接,通常分為“S型星型結構”以及“M型網狀結構兩種”,其中在控製係統中設備較少或者進行局部控製時通常采用S型星型結構,而在相對較大的控製係統中則采用M型的網狀結構。等電位連接的基本方式如圖3所示。

計算機控製係統的防雷措施有多種,在實際應用中要注意:室shi外wai的de網wang絡luo布bu線xian盡jin可ke能neng采cai用yong光guang纖xian通tong信xin介jie質zhi,假jia如ru采cai用yong電dian纜lan則ze要yao避bi免mian架jia空kong走zou線xian,應ying采cai取qu地di埋mai式shi敷fu設she電dian纜lan。而er信xin息xi中zhong心xin是shi整zheng個ge控kong製zhi係xi統tong的de關guan鍵jian部bu分fen,其qi選xuan位wei要yao充chong分fen考kao慮lv防fang雷lei安an全quan,通tong常chang可ke以yi選xuan擇ze建jian築zhu物wu的de邊bian角jiao或huo者zhe頂ding部bu位wei置zhi。此ci外wai,防fang雷lei係xi統tong的de施shi工gong設she計ji具ju有you專zhuan業ye性xing,所suo以yi在zai實shi際ji設she計ji施shi工gong過guo程cheng中zhong,需xu要yao建jian立li相xiang應ying的de審shen核he機ji製zhi。
