差壓變送器性能達不到要求的因素分析

【導讀】差壓變送器的量程比是指在滿足精度要求的情況下變送器所能測量的最大值與最小值的比。一般情況下,量程比越大,其測量精度就越低 , 壓力變送器量程比大,有很多好處,這樣一台儀表調校後,可以用在多個不同的場合。

量程比的影響

大多數差壓變送器在10:1的量程比範圍內,精度仍為參考精度,不受量程比的影響。但仍有相當數量的差壓變送器保證參考精度的量程比小於10:1,這一指標甚至還3:1和2:1;qietongyixinghaochanpindebutongliangchengdaihao,baozhengcankaojingdudeliangchengbiyekenengchuxianhendadechabie,zhedoushiyonghuzaijisuanshouliangchengbiyingxianghoudejingdushixutebiezhuyide。
溫度的影響

安裝傾斜角度對變送器的影響

安裝傾斜角度是指變送器在安裝到現場之後,變送器中軸線與鉛垂線之間的夾角。
差(cha)壓(ya)測(ce)量(liang)時(shi),檢(jian)測(ce)元(yuan)件(jian)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)檢(jian)測(ce)中(zhong)心(xin)測(ce)量(liang)膜(mo)片(pian)的(de)形(xing)變(bian)位(wei)移(yi)來(lai)感(gan)知(zhi)兩(liang)邊(bian)壓(ya)力(li)差(cha)的(de)。由(you)於(yu)中(zhong)心(xin)測(ce)量(liang)室(shi)內(nei)充(chong)滿(man)了(le)灌(guan)充(chong)矽(gui)油(you),當(dang)差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)沿(yan)著(zhe)垂(chui)直(zhi)於(yu)測(ce)量(liang)膜(mo)片(pian)平(ping)麵(mian)方(fang)向(xiang)傾(qing)斜(xie)時(shi),灌(guan)充(chong)矽(gui)油(you)本(ben)身(shen)對(dui)測(ce)量(liang)膜(mo)片(pian)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)壓(ya)力(li),引(yin)起(qi)膜(mo)片(pian)形(xing)變(bian),導(dao)致(zhi)輸(shu)出(chu)值(zhi)的(de)變(bian)動(dong)。而(er)當(dang)差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)沿(yan)著(zhe)與(yu)測(ce)量(liang)膜(mo)片(pian)平(ping)麵(mian)平(ping)行(xing)的(de)方(fang)向(xiang)傾(qing)斜(xie)的(de)時(shi),灌(guan)充(chong)矽(gui)油(you)就(jiu)不(bu)會(hui)壓(ya)迫(po)測(ce)量(liang)膜(mo)片(pian),因(yin)此(ci)無(wu)影(ying)響(xiang)。不(bu)同(tong)量(liang)程(cheng)的(de)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)受(shou)傾(qing)斜(xie)影(ying)響(xiang)的(de)程(cheng)度(du)不(bu)同(tong),量(liang)程(cheng)越(yue)小(xiao),影(ying)響(xiang)越(yue)大(da);當差壓變送器前傾和後傾時,其輸出線性和輸出值變化不明顯,不會影響其正常使用;當差壓變送器左傾或右傾時,其輸出值將根據傾斜角度發生單方向的漂移,角度越大,影響越大,但線性不會有明顯變化。
