全球重要的銅銦镓硒(CIGS)薄膜太陽能電池製造商MiaSolé宣布,美國能源部下屬的國家可再生能源實驗室已經證實了公司生產的銅銦镓硒薄膜電池的轉換效率達到了15.7%。據悉,這是薄膜組件在商業運用中已被證實的最高轉換效率。
