測試環節的高精度傳感器技術的練就之謎

【導讀】作為工程師的我們都知道傳感器jishushishixianceshiyuzidongkongzhidezhongyaohuanjie。yibanzaiceshixitongzhong,chuanganqijishubeizuoweiyiciyibiaodingwei,qizhuyaotezhengshinengzhunquechuandihejiancechumouyixingtaidexinxi,bingjiangqizhuanhuanchenglingyixingtaidexinxi.那麼在測試過程中如何打造穩定可靠的高精度傳感器技術呢?
具體地說傳感器是指那些對被測對象的某一確定的信息具有感受(或響應)yujianchugongneng,bingshizhianzhaoyidingguilvzhuanhuanchengyuzhiduiyingdekeshuchuxinhaodeyuanqijianhuozhuangzhi。ruguomeiyouchuanganqiduibeicedeyuanshixinxijinxingzhunquekekaodebuhuohezhuanhuan,yiqiezhunquedeceshiyukongzhidoujiangwufashixian,jishizuixiandaihuadedianzijisuanji,meiyouzhunquedexinxi(或轉換可靠的數據),不失真的輸入,也將無法充分發揮其應有的作用。

一般情況下,由於傳感器設置的場所並非理想,在溫度、濕度、壓ya力li等deng效xiao應ying的de綜zong合he影ying響xiang下xia,可ke引yin起qi傳chuan感gan器qi零ling點dian漂piao移yi和he靈ling敏min度du的de變bian化hua,已yi成cheng為wei使shi用yong中zhong的de嚴yan重zhong問wen題ti。雖sui然ran人ren們men在zai製zhi作zuo傳chuan感gan器qi過guo程cheng中zhong,采cai取qu了le溫wen度du補bu償chang及ji密mi封feng防fang潮chao的de措cuo施shi,但dan它ta與yu應ying變bian片pian、粘帖膠本身的高興能化、粘帖技術的精確和熟練、彈性體材料的選擇及冷、熱re加jia工gong工gong藝yi的de製zhi定ding均jun有you密mi切qie的de關guan係xi,哪na一yi方fang麵mian都dou不bu能neng忽hu視shi,都dou需xu精jing心xin設she計ji和he製zhi作zuo。同tong時shi,還hai須xu注zhu意yi傳chuan感gan器qi的de安an裝zhuang方fang法fa,支zhi撐cheng結jie構gou的de設she置zhi,如ru何he克ke服fu橫heng向xiang力li等deng問wen題ti。
作為一次儀表的傳感器通常由敏感元件與轉換元件組成。
轉換元件就是精密的電橋。因此,測力秤重用電阻應變式傳感器主要由彈性體、應變片、粘帖膠及各種補償電阻構成。他的穩定性也必然是由這些元件的內、外因的綜合作用所決定。本文就此問題進行探討,談些粗淺看法,與同行商榷。
首先是彈性元件。彈性元件一般是由優質合金鋼材及有色金屬鋁、piqingtongdengjiagongchengxing,yingxiangdanxingtiwendingxing,zhuyaoshitajinggezhongchulihoudejinxiangzuzhijicanyuyingli。kaolvdaoyinglishifangshidexianghupinghengguanxijidanxingtijiegouxingshideyueshu,yaoxiangrangcanyuyinglishifang,jiuyaojinxingshixiaochuli,zhezaishijizhongruocaiyongziranshixiaofa,zeshifanghuanman、周期長,常常是不可取的,需要人為縮短時間,一般要消除彈性體表麵殘餘應力的方法是:zuozhenkonghuihuochulihepilaoshimaidongchulijigongzhen。zheyangkedafududijiangdicanyuyingli,zaiduanshijianneiwanchengtongchangdechangshijiandeziranshixiao,shizuzhixingnenggengweiwending。
qicishiyingbianpianhezhanjiejiao。zaizheliyingxiangyingbianpianwendingxingdeshibocaibenshen,zhizaoyingbianpiandedianzuhejinzhongleihenduo,qizhongyikangtonghejinshiyongzuiguang,tayoujiaohaodewendingxing,gaodepilaoshoumingjixiaodedianzuwenduxishu,shilixiangdesizhazhizaocailiao。ciwai,zhizaoyingbianpianguochengzhongyingxiaochubuliangyingxiangerzaochengdebuwendingxing。ru:絲si柵zha與yu基ji底di膠jiao的de粘zhan接jie強qiang度du,應ying變bian片pian與yu彈dan性xing體ti間jian的de粘zhan帖tie強qiang度du,基ji底di膠jiao內nei應ying力li的de釋shi放fang等deng等deng,都dou是shi不bu穩wen定ding因yin素su。另ling外wai,應ying變bian片pian的de粘zhan帖tie,也ye是shi非fei常chang關guan鍵jian的de要yao素su之zhi一yi,這zhe一yi工gong作zuo的de好hao壞huai,直zhi接jie影ying響xiang膠jiao的de粘zhan接jie質zhi量liang,乃nai至zhi測ce量liang精jing度du,如ru果guo帖tie片pian不bu嚴yan格ge,技ji術shu不bu熟shu練lian,即ji使shi使shi用yong最zui好hao的de應ying變bian片pian也ye無wu濟ji於yu事shi。
