反(fan)激(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)漏(lou)感(gan)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)非(fei)常(chang)關(guan)鍵(jian)的(de)參(can)數(shu),由(you)於(yu)反(fan)激(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)需(xu)要(yao)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)儲(chu)存(cun)能(neng)量(liang),要(yao)使(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)得(de)到(dao)充(chong)分(fen)利(li)用(yong),一(yi)般(ban)都(dou)要(yao)在(zai)磁(ci)路(lu)中(zhong)開(kai)氣(qi)隙(xi),其(qi)目(mu)的(de)是(shi)改(gai)變(bian)鐵(tie)芯(xin)磁(ci)滯(zhi)回(hui)線(xian)的(de)斜(xie)率(lv),使(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)能(neng)夠(gou)承(cheng)受(shou)大(da)的(de)脈(mai)衝(chong)電(dian)流(liu)衝(chong)擊(ji),而(er)不(bu)至(zhi)於(yu)鐵(tie)芯(xin)進(jin)入(ru)飽(bao)和(he)非(fei)線(xian)形(xing)狀(zhuang)態(tai),磁(ci)路(lu)中(zhong)氣(qi)隙(xi)處(chu)於(yu)高(gao)磁(ci)阻(zu)狀(zhuang)態(tai),在(zai)磁(ci)路(lu)中(zhong)產(chan)生(sheng)漏(lou)磁(ci)遠(yuan)大(da)於(yu)完(wan)全(quan)閉(bi)合(he)磁(ci)路(lu)。

隨著印製線路板製造工藝的不斷完善和提高,一般加工廠製造出線間距等於甚至小於0.1mm已經不存在什麼問題,完全能夠滿足大多數應用場合。考慮到開關電源所采用的元器件及生產工藝,一般雙麵板最小線間距設為0.3mm,單麵板最小線間距設為0.5mm,焊盤與焊盤、焊盤與過孔或過孔與過孔,最小間距設為0.5mm,可避免在焊接操作過程中出現“橋接”xianxiang。,zheyangdaduoshuzhibanchangdounenggouhenqingsongmanzushengchanyaoqiu,bingkeyibachengpinlvkongzhidefeichanggao,yikeshixianhelidebuxianmidujiyouyigejiaojingjidechengben。

方法二:墊絕緣紙,可采用青殼紙、聚脂膜、聚(ju)四(si)氟(fu)乙(yi)烯(xi)定(ding)向(xiang)膜(mo)等(deng)絕(jue)緣(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)。一(yi)般(ban)通(tong)用(yong)電(dian)源(yuan)用(yong)青(qing)殼(ke)紙(zhi)或(huo)聚(ju)脂(zhi)膜(mo)墊(dian)在(zai)線(xian)路(lu)板(ban)於(yu)金(jin)屬(shu)機(ji)殼(ke)間(jian),這(zhe)種(zhong)材(cai)料(liao)有(you)機(ji)械(xie)強(qiang)度(du)高(gao),有(you)一(yi)定(ding)抗(kang)潮(chao)濕(shi)的(de)能(neng)力(li)。聚(ju)四(si)氟(fu)乙(yi)烯(xi)定(ding)向(xiang)膜(mo)由(you)於(yu)具(ju)有(you)耐(nai)高(gao)溫(wen)的(de)特(te)性(xing)在(zai)模(mo)塊(kuai)電(dian)源(yuan)中(zhong)得(de)到(dao)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)。在(zai)元(yuan)件(jian)和(he)周(zhou)圍(wei)導(dao)體(ti)間(jian)也(ye)可(ke)墊(dian)絕(jue)緣(yuan)薄(bo)膜(mo)來(lai)提(ti)高(gao)絕(jue)緣(yuan)抗(kang)電(dian)性(xing)能(neng)。
鋁基板由其本身構造,具有以下特點:導熱性能非常優良、單麵縛銅、器件隻能放置在縛銅麵、不能開電器連線孔所以不能按照單麵板那樣放置跳線。

由(you)於(yu)鋁(lv)基(ji)板(ban)優(you)良(liang)的(de)導(dao)熱(re)性(xing),在(zai)小(xiao)量(liang)手(shou)工(gong)焊(han)接(jie)時(shi)比(bi)較(jiao)困(kun)難(nan),焊(han)料(liao)冷(leng)卻(que)過(guo)快(kuai),容(rong)易(yi)出(chu)現(xian)問(wen)題(ti)現(xian)有(you)一(yi)個(ge)簡(jian)單(dan)實(shi)用(yong)的(de)方(fang)法(fa),將(jiang)一(yi)個(ge)燙(tang)衣(yi)服(fu)的(de)普(pu)通(tong)電(dian)熨(yun)鬥(dou)(最好有調溫功能),翻過來,熨燙麵向上,固定好,溫度調到150℃zuoyou,balvjibanfangzaiyundoushangmian,jiawenyiduanshijian,ranhouanzhaochangguifangfajiangyuanjiantieshangbinghanjie,yundouwenduyiqijianyiyuhanjieweiyi,taigaoyoukenengshiqijiansunhuai,shenzhilvjibantongpiboli,wendutaidihanjiexiaoguobuhao,yaolinghuozhangwo。
印製板銅皮走線的一些事項走線電流密度:現在多數電子線路采用絕緣板縛銅構成。常用線路板銅皮厚度為35μm,走線可按照1A/mm經驗值取電流密度值,具體計算可參見教科書。為保證走線機械強度原則線寬應大於或等於0.3mm.銅皮厚度為70μm線路板也常見於開關電源,那麼電流密度可更高些。
模塊電源行列也有部分產品采用多層板,主要便於集成變壓器電感等功率器件,優化接線、功率管散熱等。具有工藝美觀一致性好,變壓器散熱好的優點,但其缺點是成本較高,靈活性較差,僅適合於工業化大規模生產。

大電流走線的處理線寬可按照前帖處理,如寬度不夠,一般可采用在走線上鍍錫增加厚度進行解決,其方法有好多種。
A、將走線設置成焊盤屬性,這樣在線路板製造時該走線不會被阻焊劑覆蓋,熱風整平時會被鍍上錫。
B、在布線處放置焊盤,將該焊盤設置成需要走線的形狀,要注意把焊盤孔設置為零。
C、在(zai)阻(zu)焊(han)層(ceng)放(fang)置(zhi)線(xian),此(ci)方(fang)法(fa)最(zui)靈(ling)活(huo),但(dan)不(bu)是(shi)所(suo)有(you)線(xian)路(lu)板(ban)生(sheng)產(chan)商(shang)都(dou)會(hui)明(ming)白(bai)你(ni)的(de)意(yi)圖(tu),需(xu)文(wen)字(zi)說(shuo)明(ming)。在(zai)阻(zu)焊(han)層(ceng)放(fang)置(zhi)線(xian)的(de)部(bu)位(wei)會(hui)不(bu)塗(tu)阻(zu)焊(han)劑(ji)線(xian)路(lu)鍍(du)錫(xi)的(de)幾(ji)種(zhong)方(fang)法(fa)如(ru)上(shang)。一(yi)般(ban)可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)細(xi)長(chang)條(tiao)鍍(du)錫(xi)寬(kuan)度(du)在(zai)1~1.5mm,長度可根據線路來確定,鍍錫部分間隔0.5~1mm雙麵線路板為布局、走(zou)線(xian)提(ti)供(gong)了(le)很(hen)大(da)的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)性(xing),可(ke)使(shi)布(bu)線(xian)更(geng)趨(qu)於(yu)合(he)理(li)。關(guan)於(yu)接(jie)地(di),功(gong)率(lv)地(di)與(yu)信(xin)號(hao)地(di)一(yi)定(ding)要(yao)分(fen)開(kai),兩(liang)個(ge)地(di)可(ke)在(zai)濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)容(rong)處(chu)彙(hui)合(he),以(yi)避(bi)免(mian)大(da)脈(mai)衝(chong)電(dian)流(liu)通(tong)過(guo)信(xin)號(hao)地(di)連(lian)線(xian)而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)出(chu)現(xian)不(bu)穩(wen)定(ding)的(de)意(yi)外(wai)因(yin)素(su),信(xin)號(hao)控(kong)製(zhi)回(hui)路(lu)盡(jin)量(liang)采(cai)用(yong)一(yi)點(dian)接(jie)地(di)法(fa)。
電壓反饋取樣,為避免大電流通過走線的影響,反饋電壓的取樣點一定要放在電源輸出最末梢,以提高整機負載效應指標。
走(zou)線(xian)從(cong)一(yi)個(ge)布(bu)線(xian)層(ceng)變(bian)到(dao)另(ling)外(wai)一(yi)個(ge)布(bu)線(xian)層(ceng)一(yi)般(ban)用(yong)過(guo)孔(kong)連(lian)通(tong),不(bu)宜(yi)通(tong)過(guo)器(qi)件(jian)管(guan)腳(jiao)焊(han)盤(pan)實(shi)現(xian),因(yin)為(wei)在(zai)插(cha)裝(zhuang)器(qi)件(jian)時(shi)有(you)可(ke)能(neng)破(po)壞(huai)這(zhe)種(zhong)連(lian)接(jie)關(guan)係(xi),還(hai)有(you)在(zai)每(mei)1A電流通過時,至少應有2個過孔,過孔孔徑原則要大於0.5mm,一般0.8mm可確保加工可靠性。
鋁基板及多層印製板在開關電源中的應用鋁基板(金屬基散熱板(包含鋁基板,銅基板,鐵基板))是一種獨特的金屬基覆銅板,它具有良好的導熱性、電氣絕緣性能和機械加工性能。鋁基覆銅板是一種金屬線路板材料、由銅箔、導熱絕緣層及金屬基板組成,它的結構分三層:Cireuitl.Layer線路層:相當於普通PCB的覆銅板,線路銅箔厚度loz至10oz. DielcctricLayer絕緣層:絕緣層是一層低熱阻導熱絕緣材料。厚度為:0.003“至0.006”英寸是鋁基覆銅板的核心技術所在,已獲得UL認證。
BaseLayer基層是金屬基板,一般是鋁或可所選擇銅。
